While working together, we use:

Blood tests
Preventive blood tests look at health differently than routine examinations.
While classic tests mainly monitor whether the values are within "normal" ranges, the functional approach also captures subtle imbalances that may be the cause of your health challenges - even if you have been told that the results are fine.
I select individual blood markers based on your specific symptoms, health issues, and goals. This allows us to go deeper and more accurately understand what is really going on in your body.
While routine blood tests provide a general overview, functional testing is more targeted – helping to identify specific areas of imbalance and their interrelationships.
I don't just measure results by broad "normal" ranges, but by narrower, optimal ranges for health. This allows us to catch the problem early and address its cause, not just the symptoms.
Based on the results, we set up an individual plan (diet, supplements, lifestyle) that is precisely tailored to your body.
Follow-up tests then show us whether the changes are working and how the body is gradually returning to balance.

Salivary cortisol test
This non-invasive test tracks cortisol levels throughout the day using a simple saliva sample. It shows whether the natural daily rhythm of this stress hormone is balanced and helps reveal connections to stress, fatigue, and sleep.

Gut microbiome test
A modern stool test that uses advanced technology to analyze the state of the gut microbiome - that is, bacteria and other microorganisms in the digestive tract.
The test provides insight into gut balance and helps uncover potential causes of digestive problems. It tracks a wide range of microorganisms that affect gut health – including beneficial bacteria, harmful bacteria, yeast, viruses and parasites. It also assesses important indicators of digestion and immunity.
Thanks to this, we can better understand how the condition of the intestines is related to digestion and overall health.
Results are always considered individually – in the context of your symptoms, lifestyle and medical history. The test can be repeated to track changes over time, for example after dietary or lifestyle changes.
Additional parameters are also available that allow for an even more detailed look at gut health.

DNA TEST
The first step on the path to personalized healthcare, this test examines how your genes respond to your environment and then provides clear, tailored recommendations in four key areas:
-
important processes in the body that affect health (such as detoxification, fat metabolism, or the ability to properly process nutrients)
-
macro- and micronutrient needs according to your genetic makeup
-
predisposition to weight gain and eating habits
-
the body's response to movement, including strength, endurance, and recovery

DUTCH TEST
The DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) is an advanced hormone assessment that provides a more comprehensive view of hormonal balance than standard blood testing alone. In addition to measuring hormone levels, it evaluates hormone metabolites and how the body produces, utilizes, and eliminates hormones. The test is performed using several urine samples collected throughout the day, allowing hormonal patterns and processes to be assessed in their natural rhythm.
It is particularly useful for individuals experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, energy and mood fluctuations, sleep disturbances, PMS, painful or irregular menstrual cycles, low libido, fertility challenges, acne, perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, or signs of chronic stress.
The results offer valuable insights into hormonal function and can help identify potential underlying causes of persistent symptoms.
